1. General Booking Terms
By making a reservation with Hotel Nature Valley, you agree to these terms and conditions. All guests must present valid photo identification upon check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID). PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Child Policy
Children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Extra beds or mattresses for older children or adults will be charged as per the hotel's standard rates.
4. Hotel Rules
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or ask a guest to leave if they are causing a disturbance, nuisance, or are in breach of these rules. Pet animals are not allowed inside the premises.
